So what are the reasons people give for eating a variety of food?
There are two types of people in America.
Feelings of deprivation. Honestly, it goes away, in the same way vegetarians can’t imagine eating meat after abstaining from it for a period of time. Imagine how easier your life would be if you limited yourself to eating foods that are nutritious, filling, and delicious.
Instead of seeking variety in your diet, seek it elsewhere. When you’re skinny, you will enjoy life more and people will be nicer to you. Seeking to fill the emptiness in your life with food is comical.
Getting enough nutrients. In the first place, how do you know that you’re getting what your body needs?
Overloading on nutrients. You don’t need to worry about getting too much of anything if you are in a very low calorie diet (400-700 calories).
